Leading consultancy with a strong reputation within the hotel, resort and residential sectors currently seeks a senior/associate project manager to take the lead on new instructions in London due to increased activity from investors/owners.

Current instructions include; high end boutique hotel, large resort complex and prime residential scheme.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• Chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• Min 4 years industry experience within project management
• Experience in delivering projects within hotel and/or residential sector
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
