Description
Here's what you'll be doing:
Daily communication and interaction with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions. Investigating and resolving customer complaints promptly, turning frowns into smiles!
Providing accurate information about our amazing products, services, and delivery times.
Generating daily and weekly reports to track progress and showcase your accomplishments.
Maintaining and updating internal systems and databases, keeping everything running smoothly. ?
? Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team when needed, ensuring swift resolutions. ?
Assisting with the on-boarding of new customers, making them feel welcome and supported. ?
Sharing valuable customer feedback with different departments, helping us continuously improve our service.
Answering calls and emails promptly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Completing daily task sheets with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are well-managed.
