We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to transform concepts into top-notch designs, even under tight deadlines. This role involves leading design projects and assisting other Design Leads company wide. You'll excel at turning briefs into outstanding print and digital artworks, all while upholding brand standards and fostering creative innovation. Duties & Responsibilities: Create captivating designs for digital banners, social media assets, brochures, newsletters, event invitations, and more. Transform internal team briefs into polished print and digital artworks Conceptualise and execute design projects from start to finish Adapt existing designs for various marketing channels Assist in designing and building brand emails Showcase design flair across digital and print platforms Manage multiple projects and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders Present creative ideas to the team with confidence About you: Holistic problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Proven experience in crafting engaging multi-channel designs Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities Thrive under pressure to meet creative deadlines Clear, accurate, and confident communication Proactive and initiative-driven mindset Technical knowledge of web development and print processes Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Familiarity with CSS and HTML; other coding languages are a plus 2-3 years of design experience
