    Our client, an established engineering firm based on the outskirts of Dorking, is looking for an experienced office-based Service Coordinator join their international team. Working as part of the service team, the right candidate will assist the Service Manager with the effective and efficient running of the department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaising with customers, suppliers and field-based engineers on a daily basis, dealing with requests and queries.
    • Manage Clik system using engineer reports, customer sales and daily business function
    • Processing engineers reports following engineers service visits including creating quotations for clients, invoicing relevant work undertaken and products/parts.
    • Daily scheduling /booking service and refurbishment work visits with clients and our engineers.
    • Assisting with management and updating of Service management system to ensure efficiency in processing.
    • Raising Purchase orders and communicating with suppliers and manufacturers, whilst maintaining service stock items
    • Ensure good customer service
    • Raise Client monthly invoices
    • Provide support to other areas of the business as required.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication especially with clients
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Attention to detail
