    Role: Lead Generation Consultant

    Location: Maidenhead- 2 Days a Week in the Office.

    Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum.

    After a record breaking year, our client is excited to expand their sales team and are looking to hire an enthusiastic Lead Generation Consultant who will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurture relationships, and drive lead conversion through various marketing channels.

    Job Summary:

    As a Lead Generation Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our client's organisation. Your primary focus will be to identify potential customers, nurture relationships, and drive lead conversion through various marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation efforts and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough market research and prospecting activities to identify potential leads. Evaluate leads based on predetermined criteria and qualify them for further engagement.
    • Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns using various marketing automation tools and techniques. Create compelling content, such as emails, newsletters, webinars, and social media posts, to engage and educate leads throughout the sales funnel.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with marketing initiatives. Provide input on target audience segmentation, content development, and campaign optimisation. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and track lead conversion rates.
    • Track and analyse lead generation metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
    • Stay Updated with Industry Trends
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential leads, prospects, and strategic partners. Engage in effective communication and follow-up activities to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies, tactics, and tools.
    • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and lead management software.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with relevant industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
