Quantity Surveyor A chartered consultancy in Chesterfield are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to workload. They operate on both the consultancy and contractor side Our client offers Quantity Surveying support services to the some of the UK s leading construction companies. The Chesterfield office employs 30 Quantity Surveyors, meaning you will have great support and expertise around you Why are they a great place to work Diverse project range Excellent leadership - you will be supported, not micro managed Happy to support you in becoming chartered Fun, vibrant team Successful & growing No red tape Work hard / play hard Work with blue chip companies New offices right behind Chesterfield station Happy workforce/ extremely low staff turnover Clear progression route/ promote from within Flexible employer The role Quantity Surveyor You will be working for prestigious clients on long term schemes as part of a team Office based predominantly, with site visits You will be working on maintenance and planned work schemes - covering kitchens and bathrooms, roofing, doors and windows - mainly high rise flats, also commercial offices You will be looking after subcontractor accounts, variation control and valuations The right person Quantity Surveyor You will either have a degree or will be part way through a degree in Quantity Surveying You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor who understands the fundamentals of Quantity Surveying You will have a minimum of 3 years experience You will live within an hours commute of Chesterfield Working hours 8-5.30pm Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveying / Chesterfield / Derbyshire / Sheffield / Derby
