    Paralegal - Family Law Location - Central Northampton Hours - fulltime Monday - Friday Salary up to £25,000 We are currently looking for a Paralegal who is passionate about all things Family. Our client is looking for a devoted individual who will support the Associate Partner. Due to continued growth they are looking to add to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working in Family Law, or someone who has maybe worked in a complementary department with a genuine desire to re-train in family law. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail and experience in working in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Working within all areas of family law particularly divorce, financial issues following divorce / cohabitation and children issues Liaising with clients and contacts such as the court, other solicitors, barristers, and other experts Handling and collating confidential client information Drafting court documents and correspondence Use of the Firm s office management system and the ability to become adept at other relevant systems, such as the court portal Required Skills and Experience: Experience working in family law alternatively - experience in civil litigation and a desire to re-train in family law A genuine passion for family law Ability to provide outstanding client care, and to treat all clients kindly and considerately Excellent oral and written communication skills for both internal and external communications Ability to work to deadlines, show flexibility and prioritise workloads in a calm and consistent manner Ability to work in a friendly but fast paced and professional environment both individually and as part of a team What you get in return 25 days holiday (in addition to statutory days) Social Events throughout the year Death in Service - 4x your annual salary 24-hour employee assistance programme Company Pension Plan
