My clients are an ever-growing student lettings company and are now seeking an Asset/Property Manager to add to their successful vibrant team. You must be customer focused, have a good attention to detail, an excellent telephone manner, excellent communication skills and be a team player. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your own portfolio, dealing with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
You will also be working as part of the team.
