As part of the ActionAid Federation, we work with women and girls, our partners, and dedicated staff in 43 countries to end violence and fight poverty so that all women, everywhere, can create the future they want. Working with colleagues from across Communications, Humanitarian, Advocacy and Fundraising to align our acquisition marketing with our organisational values and strategy, you will be responsible for the strategic, budgetary and project management of both DRTV and F2F fundraising campaigns. You will need to have experience of mass market supporter acquisition campaigns and be motivated by today's fundraising challenges to deliver innovative, collaborative and creative fundraising plans and strategies. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to fundraise as part of an international federation, learning from and sharing with colleagues across 43 countries. You will be be building on existing project management expertise to manage high profile, multimillion pound budgets across integrated campaigns, working and representing the organisation with both agencies and internal stakeholders. As well as being a part of a team this role also offers the chance to lead - through the strategic ownership of the offline Acquisition programme, budgets and reporting, and through line management of the offline Acquisition team.
