    EXCITING OPPORTUNITY

    We are currently looking for a Customer Value Manager. Work for one of the largest chains in the world, providing financial products and services with the aim to provide competitive rates and excellent customer service winning several awards for its products and services.

    What Can You Expect

    • Salary - £45,000 - £55,000
    • Location - Edinburgh

    Main Duties as a Customer Value Manager

    • Devise and maintain a plan to help attract new customers
    • Assist in the delivery of superior digital experiences that help cultivate stronger customer relationships
    • Coordinate the rollout of new pricing strategies with specified timeframes
    • Analyse market trends/developments to gain increased valuable insights into acquisition activities
    • Leverage your product expertise to approve digital and acquisition marketing materials
    • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, managing and prioritising initiatives in line with business goals
    • Keep track of training performance and provide regular reports based on it

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Prior experience in the financial industry (preference for those who have worked with credit cards or loan products)
