    Office Manager Sheffield.

    Our growing client based in Sheffield is currently looking for an experience office manager. The successful candidate will ensure our clients daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    Responsibilities:
    • General management
    • Management of 3rd parties
    • Ensure the health and safety plan is maintained and delegated task as required
    • Managing the HR System
    • Bookkeeping tasks
    • Create documents to a professional standard including quotations and contracts
    • Producing reports
    Skills and experience:
    • Experience in an office-based administrative role
    • Lateral thinking for identifying and solving problems
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
    • Familiarity with using cloud-based document management systems
    • Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software
    • Excellent numerical, verbal & written communication skills
