Temporary HR & Payroll Advisor We are looking for an experienced HR professional to help implement this global company s UK HR operations, from payroll administration to employment law and lots more. If you are a CIPD-qualified professional with UK law experience and a proactive approach, this could be the role for you! Starting immediately, this assignment will be ongoing for approximately two to three months. This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, however, it could be considered on a part-time basis (30hrs+). Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered. Temporary HR & Payroll Advisor Advisor Responsibilities: As the Temporary HR & Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for: HR Advise and guide on all aspects of recruitment, providing an internal recruitment function for the UK business, and ensure smooth on-boarding for all new starters. Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law and ER issues. Support, guide and advise on all employee relations and performance issues. Undertake HR administration including preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, requesting references, providing salary information/benchmarking, ensuring HRIS is accurate, producing job descriptions etc. Manage and maintain the HR database, ensuring all data are correct and stored in line with GDPR and company policies. Payroll Liaise with external payroll provider, checking and providing monthly pay roll data and assisting with new payroll integration Be the first point of contact for payroll queries and liaise with the payroll provider to understand/resolve any queries. Update benefit providers, with changes to any medical memberships, pension schemes or insurances.
