    Amida Healthcare is an established Healthcare Recruitment Agency based in the city centre of Canterbury, due to our successful and continued growth we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who would be interested in growing with our business and building a career in the healthcare recruitment sector. About the role: As a Recruitment Administrator it will be your job to support the principal recruitment consultant with certain tasks. This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. You will be responsible of retention of all staff going through the Amida Healthcare recruitment process; Carry out DBS and NMC checks. Booking candidates on to training days. Obtaining references Clearing candidates to NHS standards to be able to be booked by the recruitment team. Completing candidate Agency Worker Checklist and ProfilesYou will also be responsible for placing adverts for live jobs which the team are currently working on and registering new applications. Experience in healthcare compliance is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. A passion for working with people is essential as well as being able to prioritise and manage workloads in a busy environment.
