    Anderson Knight is looking for a Contracts Administrator on a full-time permanent basis for one of our clients based in Renfrew.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in facilitating successful business transactions and supporting our growth initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
    • Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for contract negotiations.
    • Track contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts and related documents.
    • Resolve contract-related issues and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contractual matters.
    • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to contracts and advise the organization accordingly.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of contract law, negotiations, and contract management principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
