Public transport links are limited so you must have your own transport. Main Duties & Responsibilities To run the department in accordance with the company standards and agreed operating procedures. To have an excellent knowledge and understanding of all hotel facilities, outlets, and services available. To ensure the Spa and Health Club is always well presented, high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Ensure reports, returns and any other documentation required is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise on an on-going basis with other hotel departments to ensure all guest customer needs and requirements will be met. To maintain a good working knowledge of all Spa & Health Cub systems and procedures and to provide cover or assistance where necessary. To ensure equipment is maintained in good working order, regularly checked, cleaned and to rectify or report any equipment requiring repair. To assist with managing inventory effectively; follow purchasing standards and procedures and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and providers. To assist with creating promotions, programmes, and activities to stimulate sales, staff, and customers. Follow up with renewals, memberships with offers and promotions to join. To effectively handle and resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner. To maintain good interdepartmental communications, ensure teamwork and positive relationships with co-workers and management in other departments.
