    Our client a well-established contractor in the rail industry, who specialises in Possession Management, Electrification, Technical Services, Track Renewals, and Maintenance, are looking for a People Administrator to join their amazing team on a 6-month rolling Contract, based on site in their Colchester office, they are offering a salary of just over £22,000.

    What will you be doing?

    Your will be working accurately and effectively, and with excellent attention to detail. The role will be supporting the administration and coordination of the "employee life cycle" and safety-critical training. There will be a requirement to maintain and update systems, create reports and trackers, and ensure that all employee files are updated as required, fully complying with all relevant legislation and industry standards.

    What skills will you have?

    • Previous administration experience
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently to a high standard.
    • Adaptability
    • Be customer focused.
    • Multitasking - the ability to work productively and energetically to progress many matters simultaneously in a busy and demanding organisational setting and industry sector.
    • Have Integrity and be trustworthy.
