We are currently recruiting Experienced CDP Chefs to work across a variety of Stadiums across Glasgow.

You have the choice of ongoing matchday only or prep days and match day shifts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed catering team of staff, dedicated to delivering high quality, seasonal and locally sourced fresh produce to customers. As the successful candidate you will be expected to work as part of a catering team as well as using your own initiative at venues including sports stadia, racecourses, hotels, arenas and some of the UK's top heritage and tourist sites. We have work on offer if you are local to Glasgow or Edinburgh, but also the added opportunity to travel & work at some major events around the UK, with travel and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation.
• Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation
• Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management.
• Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance
• Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance
• Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.

What are we looking for?

• Valid food hygiene certificate. You will have an NVQ Level 1,2,3 Professional Cookery (or equivalent) or relevant experience in the role.
• Good Knowledge of food and passion for delivering high quality, affordable, on-the-go and sit-down meals.
• Eligible to work in the UK
