Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a client, based in London as they look to recruit for a part time, permanent HR Administrator.
Salary - £25k - £26k FTE (Actual salary - £16k - £18k)
Working pattern - Part time - 3 days per week - 1 day per week in the office
The purpose of the role is to manage all HR Administration tasks, acting as the FPOC for HR related matters.
HR Administrator - About the role:
Renew contracts to casual workers.
Drafting contracts of employment, sending out new starter documentation and where required conducting first day inductions.
Complete employer right to work checks in relation to preventing illegal working.
Monitor recruitment inbox, responding to speculative enquiries.
Processing and administering contractual changes with Payroll, in writing and within the HRIS system (Advanced HR).
Issuing Certificate of Sponsorship using the Home Office Sponsorship Management System and arranging Home Office appointments where required.
Renewing Certificate of Sponsorship as necessary.
Assist in benefits administration, including health insurance and employee leave.
Liaise with IT in relation to system set-up for new starters, including requesting appropriate equipment.
Ensure all new starters are set-up on Advanced HR and login details issued.
Act as system administrator for the HRIS (Advanced HR).
Enter all sickness absence onto HRIS system. Monitor sickness absence entitlements and advise staff in writing when their entitlement to sick pay changes.
Looking for:
CIPD L3 qualified, desirable
Solid background and experience in HR Administration.
A candidate who is highly organised, possesses excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task numerous competing tasks.
A flexible and adaptable nature and a calm persona.
Well presented and professional.
Possesses a strong level of verbal and written communication skills.
Possess the ability to manage strong working relationships with key staff.
Have tenacity and ambition to achieve all HR goals and show initiative in doing so.
Have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
