What you will be doing: Assist in achieving client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service that ensures their happiness. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop effective renewal strategies, ensuring a seamless and successful process for our clients. Gather renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, and quotations, presenting them to clients in a clear and concise manner while ensuring all vital documentation is prepared. Conduct detailed market research to identify the most competitive terms available, allowing us to offer our clients the best options. Maintain accurate records of all relevant information, correspondence, and documentation using Open GI, ensuring easy access and a well-organised system.You need to bring with you: Prior experience in the commercial insurance industry is needed, providing you with the necessary knowledge and understanding of the sector. Possess strong negotiation and brokering skills, allowing you to effectively communicate and secure favourable terms for our clients. Demonstrate excellent client servicing experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive and diligent service. Adaptability is key, as you'll need to respond promptly to changing business requirements and insurance strategies, ensuring optimal results. Possession of or willingness to work towards CII certification would be advantageous, as it showcases your dedication to professional growth.Why join us?
