    The Commercial Compliance Administrator is an Administration role supporting the Avonline Commercial Compliance department across workstreams throughout the UK. The role will involve building strong working relationships with our SHEQ advisors, commercial and operational departments to ensure high quality reinstatement that is compliant with current standards. To support the Commercial Operational Compliance Manager in the tracking, review, and updating of the compliance processes in place. Overview of Responsibilities: Monitoring and responding from Shared Mailbox Maintaining the shared file structure Support Commercial compliance team with Administrative tasks Collating data on a monthly basis from external party s Ensure continuous tracking and reporting of compliance testing results Analyse trends in data to enable improvements and identify issues Work in conjunction with commercial teams to ensure closing activities are completed in build areas Liaise with Operational departments to ensure remedial works are completed in a reasonable timeframe Review and monitor the progress of individual work orders within the different contracts and identify issues and escalate as appropriate. Sending out communications to Sub-contractors and direct labour Develop an understanding of the patterns and trends with defective work identified Skills: - Advanced level MS Excel & MS Office Skills - Excellent Administration Skills - Good Organizational skills - Team working & Leadership - Flexible approach to changing needs of business - Able to multi-task - Communication skills both written and verbal Competencies: - Able to show careful attention to detail - Outstanding organisational abilities with an aptitude for forward planning and prioritising effectively - Act in the interests of the company and to responsibly identify and manage risk - Ability to manage self and own workload
