Our client is a well established, independent advisory and Property Services business whose focus is on providing expertise and creative solutions to a diverse client base.

As a result of block portfolio growth in their East Central London office, they now seek an additional Property Manager / Block Manager with a minimum of 2+ years Leasehold Block Management / Leasehold Property Management experience.

Living in (or within commuting range of) East Central London, the successful Property Manager will have 2-3 years property management experience and undertake the full range of block property management duties including Service Charge Budget Setting, Buildings Insurance Provision, resident communication via phone and email, contractor management, major works, S20 consultation and client liaison as required.

The successful Property Manager / Block Manager will have shown strong commitment to past employers and will be offered part home working after probation (2 office, 2 home, 1 site).

Remuneration for the successful property manager / block manager will depend on experience and qualifications but will range from £35-45k with ongoing reviews / support and funding towards professional industry qualifications (RICS / IRPM).
