    Our well established client is looking for an HR Manager to join them at their office in Kingston-upon-Thames.

    This role will suit an experienced HR Manager from ANY industry, candidates from a legal background will be advantageous. Applicants who have experience supporting all personnel across a law firm are encouraged to apply.

    Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a varied role where it will your responsibility deliver a broad HR service to a fast-paced business. You will support and develop existing staff within your role. You will manage employee relations inclusive of; performance appraisals, dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management etc. You will play a key role in recruitment for the business and work alongside internal hiring managers to source candidates. You will be the first point of contact for HR related issues on site from managers/team members and escalate to the Senior HR Manager where necessary. As part of your position you will be responsible for key metric reporting on; recruitment, attendance, training, turnover/retention etc.

    This is a varied and autonomous role where you have the scope to improve processes and implement positive change within the department. You will be joining a great firm who are doing extremely well in their industry and boast a fantastic team culture.

    The HR Manager Role:

    • Providing a broad HR service to a fast paced business
    • Support and development of existing staff
    • Managing employee relations; appraisals, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management etc
    • Recruitment working alongside hiring managers to source talent and understand requirements
    • First point of contact for all HR related issues on site
    • Key metric reporting

    The Candidate:

    • Experienced HR professional
    • Will ideally have a CIPD qualification
    • Must be IT Literate
    • Must be approachable and able to communicate at all levels
