Administrator required for our client, a specialist in the manufacturing of pumps, controls, and valves, based just outside of Stoke-On-Trent. Our client is looking to bring on an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support their Service team.

Due to the location of our client's offices, the successful candidate MUST have their own transport.

Administrator Position Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Work Planner with booking and managing Engineer's jobs
• Liaising with Engineer's to ensure that they have the correct tools, parts, and paperwork to carry out their work
• Updating database records relating to customer's Service Agreements
• Following up on customer enquiries relating to service work
• Communicating effectively with both customer's and internal teams

Administrator Position Requirements

• Experience working in a similar position, ideally within an Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical industry
• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office package
• High attention to detail
• Own your own transport

Administrator Position Remuneration

• Salary £22,500 - £24,500, depending on experience
• 30 days holiday (22 + Bank Holiday's), rising to 33 after one year's service
