Main Responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team in delivering projects and orders for many global clients, including managing logistics, drafting proposals, shipping documents, raising quotes
• Develop detailed knowledge of (existing and potential) global customers, suppliers, pharmaceutical products, supply chains and markets
• Work effectively with all relevant external third parties and all internal staff/departments to achieve efficient, timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders without compromising quality
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and establish how we meet them
• Grow and maintain strong partnerships with new and existing clients
• Utilise Business Central as and when required to create Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and enter new Item information

Key things we are looking for

If not stated, the below are essential criteria:

• Degree level education or equivalent (preferred - not essential)
• An eagerness to develop knowledge of the CTS (Clinical Trial Supplies) and pharmaceutical industry
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Good administrative, planning & organisational skills
• Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and proactive
• Initiative coupled with good problem-solving & decision-making abilities
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
• Attention to detail/accuracy
• Compliance-focused
• Positive, enthusiastic approach
• Proficient in the use of commonly used IT platforms and packages
