This Global client is enjoying global growth and success and as a result, is expanding their operations within Staffordshire.The Validation Engineer will primarily be accountable for the validation of Processes, Facilities, IT Projects, and other various departments in our client's specified field. They will be reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.Job Description: Organise and lead validation activities to provide an effective validation service The Validation Engineer will plan activities to ensure customer and business needs are met in alignment with the overall project plans, objectives, and schedules Take a leadership approach to ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with regulatory and company requirements As the Validation Engineer they will provide support and advice to other areas of the business as required Ensure projects are in compliance with regulatory and company requirements The Validation Engineer will provide specialist knowledge on validation to various departments within Production and Service Develop work plans, assign tasks, and supervise teams to achieve the overall site validation requirements The Validation Engineer must ensure the site retains validation status according to regulatory requirements Candidate Requirements: Qualification/Degree that is relevant in a Science Regulated Industry A qualification within Leadership Management would be desirable Minimum 5 years of Validation experience within a Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices Experience in Minitab or other alternative systems and software packages Exceptional communication skills Leadership skills Ability to take initiative within a busy and regulated working environment Highly analytical and outstanding attention to detail Must have a driver's license due to traveling between sites Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pmSalary: NegotiableBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
