The Employers Agent Role The Employers Agent will have a significant role in managing and supervising a diverse range of construction projects across various sectors, including education, residential, commercial, and healthcare. On a daily basis, the successful Employers Agent will take on the responsibility of independently overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they stay on schedule. Additionally, handling all administrative duties related to development projects, including managing projects governed by JCT contracts, custom development agreements, progress monitoring, risk management, cost control, and matters related to design and build. The Employers Agent Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, surveying). Professional certifications or memberships, such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
