    A market leading cost consultancy is now seeking a proactive Business Assistant to join their team in London.

    The Business Assistant Role

    The Business Assistant will be required to provide administration and management support to 7 Directors within the London Cost Management Team.

    The Business assistant will ensure that the Directors are fully supported with administrative tasks such as diary management, travel arrangement and minute taking in meetings and therefore will be required to have previous experience working withing a similar role.

    The Business Assistant

    • 4+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant/Business Assistant
    • Experience providing support at Director Level
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Experience managing complex diaries
    • A team player who can build networks and work in partnership at all levels
    • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask
    • The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to handle confidential information and use discretion around sensitive management issues
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office
    • Has a high level of attention to detail and delivers high quality results
