    Field Service Engineer

    £32k - £35k (basic + regular overtime paid at time + 1/4) Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm & No Weekends

    Field Service Engineer Job Description:

    Due to continued growth, an award-winning, market-leading certified equipment supplier to the Beauty and Aesthetic industries, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our friendly and motivated team.

    Field Service Engineer Role Overview:

    As a Field Service Engineer, you will predominantly cover the Central and South UK region, with the possibility of further travel within the UK. You will also spend time at our UK repair and servicing facility in Rugby. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, responsible for commissioning, servicing, and repairing our specialist equipment primarily within Beauty Salons and Clinics.

    Field Service Engineer Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform commissioning, servicing, and repairs of specialist equipment.
    • Apply excellent electro-mechanical skills for commissioning, service, and fault finding, with a background in electrical controls and instrumentation being beneficial.
    • Work independently and make informed decisions using excellent judgment.
    • Provide exceptional customer interaction and support.
    • Maintain excellent organizational skills while adhering to the organization's quality policy and quality objectives.
    • Approach the role with a positive "can-do" attitude.

    Field Service Engineer Requirements:

    • Education: HND in Electronics (preferred but not essential)
    • Experience:2 years of electrical engineering (preferred), 2 years of field service (preferred)
    • Licence/Certification: Valid Driving Licence (required)
