    Job Title: Academy Recruitment Operations Manager (U16 - U21) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum Location: Elite Football Performance Centre Hours: This is a full-time role, flexibility is required. Manage and co-ordinate our national recruitment programme We are seeking an experienced individual to manage the smooth operations of our national recruitment programme. You will work closely with our UK Scouting Manager (U16 - U21) to implement our academy recruitment strategy whilst ensuring compliance of all scouting protocols. The job holder will facilitate the trial periods and induction of potential recruitment targets and monitor records of all games attended during the season. You will be required to attend matches, when required, as a scouting representative for our Category 1 Academy including but not limited to other professional club Academy games (U14-U18) plus county, district representative games and occasional international games including EU fixtures. Your scouting background Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry and the professional game in a similar or related role. You must have an identifiable track record in scouting and recruitment, an understanding of EPPP and Category 1 requirements, and proven knowledge of regulations governing players and recruitment. You must have a FA Talent ID Level 2 Award or above.
