    JOB SUMMARY

    This role sits within our Finance Innovation Office (FIO) and will be responsible for the planning, leading, and executing of Global, cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects impacting the Finance organization, for a Maternity Contract. We are seeking a professional with in-depth experience in designing, managing, and implementing all necessary activities to manage the successful execution of medium to large scale project(s). This leader will also be responsible for indirect leadership and support of a team of project resources across multiple departments and business units. The ability to think critically, plan and execute effectively while collaborating across teams and locations will be critical to the success in this role.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage medium to large scale projects within CBRE's Global Finance Department ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Oversees and tracks project performance of medium and large-scale project(s) ensuring on-time delivery and proactive management and escalation of risks and issues.

    This role will be working on 'Tiger' a transformation programme driven by the need to replace Microsoft AX Dynamics with Peoplesoft (Technical knowledge of the systems is not required). The programme is currently in UAT and deployment of the Pilot phase will begin in February with regional waves to follow.

    Plan, initiate and support the execution and delivery of projects while adhering to project management processes. Must have strong initiative and adopt the project management methodology including risk and issue management, status reporting, etc.

    Sets-up project infrastructure including project plan, dashboard reporting, executive reporting, milestone tracking and risk logs within Smartsheet, CBRE's tool of choice.

    Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Internal Audit, Change Management and Communications, etc.) to create detailed project plans that are integrated into the overall project plan. Promotes transparency and collaboration across all stakeholders, departments, and project team members.

    Consults with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements. Prepare detailed status updates for projects with strong stakeholder engagement and preparation of Governance decks and progress reporting and be the key point of contact in the coordination of project planning and tracking activities for Tiger Deployment.

    CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

    PMP or Agile certification preferred.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information in written and verbal form to subordinates, customers and supervisors. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires strong knowledge of financial terms, concepts and accounting principles and the ability to comprehend and interpret complex financial transactions. REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles. Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.
