CCO Group have been retained by a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy in the West Midlands who are looking to bolster their agency team with someone between graduate and associate level. You will be working with office, retail and industrial assets within the North Birmingham, Staffordshire areas as well as the wider West Midlands area. You will be working on behalf a range of clients including pension funds, banks, property investors and developers, national retail and leisure operators. Our client has 11 employees at the moment including the 2 MD s and have some exciting growth plans for the future with a view to grow both the agency and professional services team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside some experienced, well-rounded surveyors including an APC Assessor of 15 years. What will this role entail? Site inspections for the preparation and submission of marketing appraisals and reports. Implementing the marketing of premises to let or for sale. Carrying out viewings and undertaking negotiations and reporting updates and offers to clients. Why is this a good role? Opportunity to work with a range of commercial assets.
