    My client is looking to recruit a Business Administrator for their manufacturing business based in Melksham.

    The company are a market leader in their field, and supply products to a variety of industries and due to planned growth over the next few years they are looking to recruit this newly created role to the business.

    The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the HR Manager for the business, and to be the main point of contact for all site visitors.

    The other responsibilities within the role will be:

    • Providing Front of House support - answering phones, welcoming and managing site visitors in accordance with relevant Security and Health & Safety
    • Office Management duties, including taking ownership of office supplies and liaising with service providers.
    • Supporting the HR Manager with organising training, staff meetings and company social


    Working hours

    The role will involve working from Monday to Friday 08:30 - 1600 (onsite).



    Skills/Experience required:

    • Demonstrable working experience in a similar
    • Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Business Administration Qualification (Desirable)


    Salary / Benefits with the role:

    • Salary 24,000 - 25,000
