The Role of Specification Sales Manager

This is a home / field based role. As Specification Sales Manager, you will be working for one of the strongest brands in the industry selling flooring and flooring related products into A&D architects, Main Contractors and installers / sub-contractors. This multi faceted role will require your to gain appointments with architectural practices and deliver CPD presentations. You will then track projects through the Main & Sub Contractor (winning and breaking specifications). The incoming Specification Sales Manager will inherit a strong pipeline and pre-existing relationships. Your task will be to continue to success and leverage relationships with specifiers to continue growth.

The Candidate

• You will need a solid track record (of success and longevity in most of your previous roles) within specifications sales.
• Our client will consider candidates that have sold interior or external building products to architects and / or have sold into Main Contractors
• You will need to demonstrate commercial awareness and gravitas

The Package

• £45,000 - £50,000 basic
• uncapped OTE 30%
• Plug-in hybrid company car
• 25 days holiday with option to (buy or sell)
