Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Not-for-Profit organisation in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit a Transactional Finance Supervisor on an permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working (c.2 days in the office per week) and paying £34,000 - £37,000 per annum.

Duties:

• Supervise the Accounts Payable, Income and Cashbook teams
• Ensure that sales and purchase invoices are processed accurately
• Responisble for complex reconciliations of accounts
• Ensure month end procedures are carried out
• Manage expenses

Person:

• Finance and supervision experience is essential
• Good communication skills
• Excel skills
