RECRUITMENT RESOURCER Weymouth PERMANENT POSITION Basic Salary £23,000 to £24,000 DOE Plus, uncapped commission potential Monday to Friday 08.00am to 17.00pm MUST HAVE OWN CAR Immediate Start Available TO APPLY EMAIL CV We are seeking a RECRUITMENT RESOURCER to join our busy team in Weymouth. This is a key role within a small team. You will need to be resilient, a problem solver and able to communicate with people at all levels. The role involves listening, discussing and advising both candidates and clients on their requirements You will then match the candidates to our client s job roles. You will manage the whole process from start to finish ensuring smooth transitions and provide on-going support to both parties. You will be required to visit client locations to help you understand their business requirements and check in with working candidates With uncapped commission, the more you put in, the more you will earn. Building strong relationships, face to face, over phone and via email/social media Administrative creating adverts, checking applications, checking IDs, updating CRM systems, creating/managing files and ensuring follow ups are made. Arranging interviews, inductions, working trials and placing candidates into work.
