Customer Account Executive Location : Peterborough Salary : £21000 Job Responsibilities Liaise with agency partners and confirming content and schedules Manage internal workflows and systems. Instigate and maintain client outreach and new client onboarding; explaining systems and best practice to new clients. Work closely with the Senior Audio Producer and Account Manager. Maintain client contact using communication skills and keep updated contact notes. Monitor email inbox and ensure urgent response. Schedule posting for content on social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and more. This is a full time office based position. Experience & Skills required Previous customer facing role. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Ability to take ownership of issues and follow them through. Excellent team player with the ability to use own initiative when required. Understanding of current social media, trends and content creation
