Our client, an extremely successful, prestigious property organisation in Manchester are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to work on one of their prestigious new build sites in Salford.

Working within their highly successful sales team, you will be responsible for selling high quality apartments both off plan and on site, to a mixture of owner occupiers, investors and 'help to buy'.

You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish and completing all relevant paperwork to complete the sales process.

We are looking for an exceptional new build salesperson/estate agent, with who has drive, passion and an excellent track record for selling properties.

You should be able to naturally develop existing client relationships as well as generate new business. To be considered for this role, you must be highly professional, with the ability to work under pressure and be driven to succeed in a highly competitive market.

Offering a basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 plus commission with an OTE of £40,000.

Working hours will run from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays (with a lieu day).
