Compass Life Sciences are partnering with a leading full service CRO who specialise in infectious and respiratory diseases. Due to increasing portfolio of studies and an ever-increasing need for development in this sector space, our client is looking to grow their team. As such they are looking to appoint a new Lead Screening Nurse. Responsibilities Assist with and oversee the daily management and allocation of workload within the screening environment, close collaboration with the Resource and Operations Lead; Preparing, planning and execution of daily screening activities; Provide guidance and mentoring to staff in the clinical/screening environment; Ensure competence in performing their own and team's daily tasks, including overview of individual Training Folders for clinical staff; Supervision and training of new ancillary staff in the clinical environment as required; Create or review and complete screening related documents e.g. SOPs, logs; Overseeing clinical consumables, equipment maintenance, emergency procedures and material and staff training; Promote and adhere to Company SOP's, protocols and Health and Safety Regulations; and Other duties delegated by senior staff.
