This role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands - XLN for Small Business
Salary: £22,000 with commission of £35- £50 per sale depending on volume
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00
Inbound/outbound client calls with aim to sell a selection of our merchant service products.
Answering client questions and queries regarding product specifications and pricing.
Upselling clients to larger products, more extensive packages.
Maintaining a list of potential leads and following up with those customers.
Works to consistently achieve set KPI's and targets.
Strong sales focus with the ability to act as a true advisor to your customer.
Experience within merchant services or the financial industry
Telecoms and/or Merchant Services experience will be a bonus.
Ability to create excellent rapport with your customers.
Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Ability to use and navigate through computer systems and databases proficiently.
Reliability, motivation, hunger to succeed, strong team player.
