    Service Desk Analyst - Permanent - Cheltenham - £28,000 per annum We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-growing private business within the rapidly evolving consumer healthcare space. You will be responsible for providing efficient 1st line support to all the business users. The successful candidate will work within a broader team that support our practices in a shift pattern that would be 8 hours between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 8am to 1pm. Location: Cheltenham. Full-time onsite for the first few weeks. This role will occasionally require flexibility with out of hours and weekend work. Responsibilities: Provide effective IT service skills across all areas of the business, escalate IT issues within the team where necessary. To ensure that all incidents are closed within SLA. Working with colleagues and internal teams to ensure operational and service excellence is delivered and maintained. Providing desktop support. Supporting and maintaining MS server/desktops, printers, scanners and other equipment. Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365, Box, Basecamp and other cloud or on-premise systems. Setting up and configuring new starters and leavers. Installing authorised software to laptops and desktops. Troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software. Setting up accounts, laptops, PCs, mobile phones, accounts, ordering hardware / software as needed via the procurement process and dispatching to site, maintenance of company distribution list.Experience: Experience providing 1st line support. Experience on Service Desk, taking upwards (Apply online only) tickets and calls per week. Experience with helpdesk applications. Experience with 0365 Administration. Experience with MDM systems Experience with basic network troubleshooting.
