Busy organisation specialising in high voltage (HV) design requires a Power Systems Engineer to work on power distribution projects. Most of these schemes are UK-based for Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). The role will involve performing power systems studies of HV networks from 11kV up to 132kV, including network modelling and load flow analysis. The Power Systems Engineer will be joining a successful, growing and friendly team where there's a great emphasis on personal development. There is the potential for flexible working, too. Previous experience as a Power Systems Engineer and experience using relevant industry software, such as DigSilent, ETAP, ERACS or IPSA is required.
