    As a Freelance Sales Executive at E Junior Talent, your mission is to drive growth by crafting a high-converting sales strategy from scratch and sourcing new clients for our freelance recruitment services. This is an opportunity for a confident, independent professional to make a significant impact in our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creating a high-converting sales strategy tailored to our unique services.
    • Identifying and sourcing new clients for E Junior Talent without relying on company databases or CRM systems.
    • Approaching prospects through effective cold emails and cold calling, using your own phone and creative lead-sourcing techniques.
    • Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
    • Managing all active job roles in the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

    Key Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience in implementing effective B2B sales strategies.
    • Strong entrepreneurial skills with a passion for driving results.
    • Exceptional influencing and persuasion abilities.
    • A target-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
    • Outstanding relationship-building skills.
    • A consultative sales personality with a solutions-focused approach.
    • Prior experience in an independent sales role.
    • Essential: Proven experience in sourcing your own leads.

    This freelance position offers competitive compensation, with an hourly rate of 15, complemented by a commission structure to reward your achievements.
