    About the Trust

    We're a community and mental health trust, providing a wide range of services to people of all ages living in Berkshire. And to do this, we employ approximately 4,500 staff who operate from our many sites as well as out in people's homes and in various community settings.

    What you'll be responsible for:

    • Understand the requirements of the organisation in respect of the readiness and potential for automated change and be able to work across all levels of the organisation to deliver the changes identified.
    • Have the interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with teams, services and individuals when engaging with them to map processes undertaken by them or their service.
    • Document processes in high detail, have the knowledge and confidence to challenge and question the steps when process mapping to obtain the highest level of detail required, support and contribute to process reviews and data analysis to make recommendations for change.
    • Review organisational changes in line with Trust business agenda and projects, ensuring co-dependencies are identified, and resources are used to their optimum.

    The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

    You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

    • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
    • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
    • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

    You'll have the following skills/experience:

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Ability to analyse research data for project reports and research papers.
    • Excellent interpersonal, planning and organisation skills with outstanding ability to prioritise and schedule workloads.
    • Previous business analyst with project management experience.

    This role may require you to show evidence of education at degree level or at least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst.
