Top legal 500 law firm located close to Trafalgar Square in Central London are currently recruiting a Solicitor of 2-4 years PQE within their Commercial Property department. This firm has one of the most well-respected names within commercial property across London and this role will sit within an established and growing team with some leading individuals in the department who have attracted very high-quality and high-value work and would like to continue to grow and develop further. Experience to include: Mergers, acquisitions and disposals Business transfers with premises sales and purchases Drafting, negotiating and advising on grant, renewals and transfers of leases Landlord and tenant matters Investments Company share or asset purchase and sales Joining a team that consists of a 3 partners, 1 Associate, 1 Solicitor and a Trainee Solicitor supported by paralegals.
