HR Business Partner - Grantham/Hybrid - up to £45k & benefits
Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join an established business in Grantham (hybrid). Working closely with Heads of Service line, directors, People Team Heads, managers and key stakeholders, this role will help build people capability and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities across the business. As HR Business Partner, you will make notable contributions to the organisation's people strategy, including client services, client HR advice, wellbeing, ESG and EDI delivery.

The role of the HR Business Partner
- Partner and build strong relationships with the People Team Heads, Heads of Service line, directors and managers to support, develop and implement initiatives to deliver the people strategy for their business area
- Act as a focal point of people expertise, influencing and building relationships with team members around the business
- Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders, improving business efficiency
- Support the Head of Learning and Development to ensure initiatives and strategy meet the needs of the business and service lines
- Support the Head of Talent and People Experience with workforce planning, collaborating with leaders across the business to develop annualised workforce plans encompassing capability, capacity, development, and ensuring positive working culture
- Assist in the development and implementation of the group wide strategic people plan and support people transformation initiatives to ensure delivery of business goals
- Support processes, including pay review, calibration, promotions process and performance gradings to ensure transparency and consistency of approach across service lines and teams
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Embed company values at all stages of the team member journey within all key people practices
- Analyse trends and people management information to develop solutions and opportunities for improvement
- Provide a quality HR service via telephone, face to face and email to established client base. Advising on a wide variety of HR topics which require current application of UK employment legalisation and best practice.
- Providing supporting documentation to clients including bespoke letters, selection criteria, and guidance documents
The ideal candidate for the role of HR Business Partner
- Level 7 Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence - this role will require travel
- Previous experience in a Business Partnering role (or ready for your next step)
