Role: Recruitment Branch Manager Location: Shoreditch, London Hours - Full Time: 7am 4pm or 8am - 5pm Work from home Wednesday's Reduced hours (9am - 3pm) in school holidays Smart Teachers are looking to appoint an additional Recruitment Branch Manager to join our friendly and growing Special Educational Needs (SEND) team, where you will be working with schools across London. The role is demanding and diverse and involves: Supporting the Regional Director with branch growth Working collectively with other Branch Managers in the office Supporting and developing Recruitment Consultants in the team Working with a large client base - many of the schools nationally work exclusively withVision for Education. Using sales, business development and marketing techniques and networking opportunities to attract business from client schools. Visiting clients to build and develop close working relationships. The successful candidate will have/be: Minimum 2 years experience in education recruitment Excellent communication and sales skills. The ability to grow their desk. Excellent time management and organisational skills. An ability to organise their own workload and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and resilient. The ability to act on their own initiative. Possess a professional and ethical approach to business. Be able to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face-to-face.
