    Our client is keen to appoint a highly organised and motivated office Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy!

    £24,000 per annum

    NG13

    Full time, permanent (8.000am - 5.00pm OR 8.30am - 5.30pm)

    Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to handling phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
    • Document Management: Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in various systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Verify data for errors or discrepancies and make corrections as necessary.
    • Office Coordination: Assist in organising and coordinating office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance and resolving any facility-related issues.
    • Travel and Event Coordination
    • Aid in expense tracking, reconciliation, and processing invoices as needed.
    • Filing and Record Keeping

    Requirements:

    • 1 year experience in an administrative role is essential
    • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
