    Our client, a rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider of office technology, is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to support their continued growth in the industry. As they continue their growth trajectory, the executive will play a crucial role in booking appointments for the field-based team, contributing to the overall success of the company.

    As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to arrange appointments for the field-based Technology consultants. Additionally, you will handle general enquiries when required. The role is pivotal in customer relationship building and contributing to the development of outbound calling and marketing campaign strategies.

    Responsibilities

    First Impressions and Professional Representation:

    • Create positive first impressions with prospective clients.
    • Represent the business in a professional and engaging manner.

    Information Gathering:

    • Obtain key information during calls with prospective clients to enhance the understanding of their needs.

    KPI Achievement:

    • Achieve and report on set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including the booking of successful meetings.

    CRM Utilisation:

    • Utilise the business CRM system to accurately record and manage key client information.
    • Rebook any cancelled meetings promptly to maintain the appointment schedule.

    Support Field-Based Team:

    • Assist the field-based team in market research activities.
    • Participate in sales events as appropriate, contributing to a collaborative sales approach.

    Deal Closure:

    • Strive to achieve a minimum number of closed deals per month, working towards individual and team targets.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of phone-based sales experience.
    • Excellent telephone manner with a focus on professionalism and rapport building.
    • Self-motivated with high levels of discipline.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
