Our Client, a major Insurance Brokerage, is looking to recruit another Claims Handler to work in a busy and successful department. You will be working across different classes and will be involved in all stages of the claims process from first notification to settlement working closely with large, major Clients. As Claims Handler, it will be your responsibility for providing exceptional customer service and relationship management for your clients. Our Client has successfully proved that remote working operates well for them, their Clients and their people, so this is a role that can be performed fully from your home. Your responsibilities as a Claims Handler will include;- Proactively handle claims within a delegated authority Review and maintain accurate reserves Work collaboratively with the claims team Work effectively with external suppliers, Insurers and Loss Adjusters Manage workloads and diary effectively to comply with SLA targets Build and maintain lasting working relationships with clients to deliver excellent service Provide market leading customer service at all times Liaise with Insurers on non-delegated claims on behalf of clients To be successful in the role of Claims Handler you will demonstrate the following;- Claims handling experience - this role is cross class, so all class experience is helpful and Commercial Property claims experience would be advantageous Excellent communication and customer service skills Proactive attitude to challenging work
