As a Venues Manager you will be responsible for organising and executing a range of aspirational events, ensuring exceptional customer service and customer journey. To lead and drive the team on a daily basis, maximising productivity whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are met. A real passion for excellence, standards and service is required.
The successful candidate: - Experience in a fast-paced corporate event-based environment desirable.
- To generate a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, customer service, standards and guest experience.
- Focus on a consistently executed bespoke approach for each event, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing and leading weddings including the wedding breakfast.
- To fully understand the needs of the customer and strive to always meet or exceed those expectations.
- Manage the bars within the venues including stock reporting.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Confident and personable.
- Strong skills in time management, organisation and coordination
- Demonstrated previous experience working in an events planning role, ideally in a large hotel or fast paced events business.
- Experience managing food & beverage is essential.
- To be forward thinking and offer solutions.
