    As a Venues Manager you will be responsible for organising and executing a range of aspirational events, ensuring exceptional customer service and customer journey. To lead and drive the team on a daily basis, maximising productivity whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are met. A real passion for excellence, standards and service is required.The successful candidate:
    • Experience in a fast-paced corporate event-based environment desirable.
    • To generate a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, customer service, standards and guest experience.
    • Focus on a consistently executed bespoke approach for each event, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Experience managing and leading weddings including the wedding breakfast.
    • To fully understand the needs of the customer and strive to always meet or exceed those expectations.
    • Manage the bars within the venues including stock reporting.
    • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
    • Confident and personable.
    • Strong skills in time management, organisation and coordination
    • Demonstrated previous experience working in an events planning role, ideally in a large hotel or fast paced events business.
    • Experience managing food & beverage is essential.
    • To be forward thinking and offer solutions.
    • To bring ideas to the table on how we can improve our service.
    • To invest and develop your team.
